    1 large box lime Jell-O
    1 (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    3 cups boiling water
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Melt Jell-O, marshmallow cream and cream cheese in
    boiling water. Let cool. Add pineapple, pineapple juice and
    lemon juice. Fold in Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Put in
    refrigerator until set. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if you
    wish.

    DIFFERENT VERSIONS
    Russian Salad

    1 pkg. lime jello
    3/4 cup boiling water
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    15 marshmallows, cut into
    small pieces
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup Carnation milk
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    3/4 cup diced bananas
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 cup nuts, chopped fine
    lettuce

    Combine jello, boiling water, cream cheese, marshmallows
    and put on low heat and let dissolve; then cool. Add to
    mixture pineapple, milk, mayonnaise and bananas (pour lemon
    juice over bananas to keep them from browning). Add finely
    chopped nuts and let congeal. Serve on lettuce.

    Russian Salad

    3 pkg. lime jello
    3 cups boiling water
    12 marshmallows
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 can crushed pineapple
    pecans

    Cut marshmallows and mix jello with 3 cups of water; let
    cool. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise; then add pineapple.
    Mix all ingredients together well and add nuts

    Russian Salad

    2 small pkg. lime jello
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature
    marshmallows
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 cups hot water
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    Dissolve over low heat 2 small packages of lime jello,
    marshmallows, cream cheese and water. When completely dis-
    solved, place in refrigerator and let cool. While mixture is cooling, combine in medium bowl; crushed pineapple, drained, nuts, milk and mayonnaise. This mixture is then added to the cooled jello mixture. Blend well, then pour into gelatin mold and let congeal overnight.

    Russian Salad

    15 large marshmallows
    1 box orange gelatin (small)
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3/4 cup diced cherries
    1 small can pineapple
    2/3 cup evaporated milk

    Put 1 cup water in saucepan and bring to a boil, add
    gelatin, cream cheese and marshmallows. Stir until melted.
    Remove from heat, cool and fold in remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
