    List of Ingredients




    4 or 5 pork chops
    1 pkg. fresh bean sprouts or canned
    1 sm. pkg. Japanese Yam Noodles (they
    are clear)
    2 qts. water
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Accent
    4 or 5 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
    Green onions, finely sliced

    Recipe



    Cut meat in bite size pieces and from the bone. Brown meat and bones in pot you are using to make the soup. Remove the bones and discard. Season with the salt, pepper and Accent. Add water and bring to heat about 10 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Wash noodles in drainer with hot water. This softens noodles so they can be cut in 3 or 4 inch lengths. Add these to soup; add soy sauce to color and taste. As you serve soup, sprinkle top with a little green onion.
