    2 15 oz. cans corn -- drained
    1 4 oz. can diced green chiles -- drained
    1 small red onion -- sliced into thin rings
    4 green onions -- chopped
    2 tomatoes -- chopped
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
    1/4 cup vinegar
    juice of half of a lemon
    1 tablespoon sugar -- (splenda for core)

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, except lettuce leaves, in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover and chill well until ready to serve. Toss lightly to redistribute the dressing.
