    Crazy for Crab

    List of Ingredients




    2 tbl butter
    1/2 lb crabmeat
    1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined and cut into chunks
    1/2 lb bay scallops
    1 c mayonnaise
    1/4 c yellow onion, chopped
    1/4 c celery, chopped
    1/4 c dry sherry
    1 tbl Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c water
    1 c dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp thyme
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add seafood and cook, stirring, just until shrimp and scallops are opaque all the way through. Set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, celery, sherry, mustard, Worcestershire, water and bread crumbs. Sprinkle with garlic powder and thyme and season with salt and pepper. Add seafood and toss to combine.
    Transfer mixture to casserole dish and bake until top is lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
    Serve hot with crackers.
