Chile con Queso II

1 c grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
½ c Velveeta, cut in pieces
½ c heavy cream
2 Tbl chopped onion
2 Tbl diced tomato
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
tortilla chips
Recipe
Put cheeses in medium pot set over another pot of simmering water over medium heat and heat until cheese mixture is nearly melted. Add cream and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until cheese mixture is hot and smooth, 3-5 minutes.
Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with onions, tomato and jalapeno. Serve with chips.
