    Cucumber Dip

    1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers
