Greek Artichoke Dip

1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 (4-oz.) package tomato-basil feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz. cream cheese
1 (14-oz.) can artichoke quarters, drained and chopped
1 (4-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
Recipe
Melt butter over medium heat; add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm with crisp toast crackers or toasted French bread slices.
Yield: 8-10 servings.
