1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Recipe
In a food processor combine the butter, cream cheese, water, vinegar, thyme, oregano, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
