    List of Ingredients




    1-7oz jar roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
    3/4 lb shredded monterey jack cheese
    1-8oz cream cheese, softened
    1 c mayo
    1 T minced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 T dijon mustard

    Recipe



    Mix all together and bake 350 for approx 20 min, till warm and bubbly. Serve w/ tortilla chips
