Shrimp Artichoke Dip
4 ounces Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 ounces Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Paprika for seasoning
1 cup shrimp, cooked, if large chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together cheeses, artichoke hearts, green onions, Creole seasoning and mayonnaise. Sprinkle paprika over the top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
