Smoked Salmon Mousse

1/3 lb. smoked salmon
2 green onions
9 ounces softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp softened butter
2 Tbsp sour cream
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
Recipe
In the bowl of a food processor, combine smoked salmon and green onions, blending well.
With the processor running, gradually add the cream cheese, butter, sour cream, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
Pack the mousse into a crock or decorative serving bowl; cover and chill overnight.
Serve with crackers.
Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
