List of Ingredients




1 cup shredded Asadero cheese (see below)
4 oz jalapeno chilies, drained and chopped
1/4 cup half and half
2 T finely chopped onion
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt




Recipe



Heat all ingredients over low heat stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

Rusty's Note: Asadero cheese is now available at WalMart SuperCenters in the specialty cheese section near the deli. It’s about $4.00/pound. It's sold as "Mexican Cheese" and has a dip recipe on the package.
