    1 cup mayonaise
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 tbl lemon juice
    1 1/2 tbl freshly-ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients together and refrigerate. This is a finishing sauce and should be applied at the last moments of cooking or it will break down.
