Jerk-Spiced Portobello Steaks

2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
4 large Portobello mushroom caps
2-4 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
Combine brown sugar, cumin, allspice, oregano, paprika, sea salt, cayenne, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Coat mushroom caps with olive oil and then coat evenly with spice mixture. Grill on medium heat five minutes per side. (If you do not have a grill available you can sauté these in about 2 Tbs. of olive oil over a medium heat. Again, five minutes per side.)
