    Marinade: Start with the "Cornell recipe":
    2 cups vinegar--your choice
    1 cup veg. oil--your choice
    1 egg
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 T poultry Seasoning
    2 T salt
    Combine in a blender.
    Then add the following:

    At least 3 cloves of garlic,
    crushed, but can add more to taste.
    1 T chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp oregano, dried
    1/2 tsp rosemary sprigs, crumbled
    1/2 tsp spearmint, dried
    1/2 tsp basil, dried
    1/4 tsp paprika

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients until well blended.
    Place chicken into a marinating container
    large enough to accommodate chicken and
    marinade with a little room left over. Pour
    marinade over meat, mix well, and
    refrigerate. Marinate for between 4 hours to 2 days, turning the meat occasionally by
    either stirring or (if you have a Tupperware
    marinater or the like) flipping and/or
    shaking the container. Grill the chicken
    over moderate coals until the juices run
    clear.

    Enough for 5 lbs of chicken.
