    List of Ingredients

    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

    Recipe

Combine all ingredients in a plastic container.
    ------------------------------------------------------------

    White Barbecue Sauce
    Makes about 2-1/2 cups sauce

    2 cups mayonnaise
    1 cup white vinegar
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    1. Whisk together all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl
    2. Cover and chill until ready to serve
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    White Barbecue Sauce

    6 tablespoons mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Whisk ingredients together until smooth. Brush on chicken near the end of broiling, grilling or baking.
    ------------------------------------------------------------
    White Barbeque Sauce

    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 cup white vinegar
    1 tablespoon salt

    Directions
Pour the water, butter, vinegar and salt into a jar and
screw the lid on tight. Shake vigorously until well blended.
Use on chicken or turkey when grilling. Baste every 15
minutes, until meat is cooked through.

    White Barbecue Sauce

    1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup Lemon juice
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp black pepper
    2 Tbsp white wine Worcestershire

Combine. Reserve 1 cup. Use the other to baste chicken. I use just oil on the chicken when I put it on the grill and then when it is about half done I start dipping the pieces in the sauce. I turn and dip several times and get a good amount of sauce on the chicken. Discard any leftover sauce that you dipped the chicken in. After experimenting you may be able to reserve more that 1 cup, for it is great on the side as you serve the chicken. It would be a great dipper for chicken strips.
