1 1/3 cups warm water -- 70 to 80 degrees F
2 tablespoons soft butter
3 tablespoons mashed potato flakes
1 tablespoon dry milk
2 tablespoons cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1/2 cup chopped ham -- finely chopped
1/2 cup Swiss cheese -- finely chopped



Recipe



In bread machine place first eight ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and size of loaf, if available. Add finely chopped ham and Swiss cheese at the beep. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1) 2 pound loaf.
