    Cyber Blue Cheese Dressing

    List of Ingredients




    1 tsp. worchestershire sauce (adds character)
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice (I added extra for more tang)
    2 TBL White Vinegar (gives it some bite)
    1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard (sounded better than dry)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp sugar (smooths it out a little)
    1/2 tsp onion salt
    1 clove garlic (crush & then mince)
    1 TBL fresh onion minced
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
    8 oz. crumbled Blue Cheese

    I mixed the liquids and spices first. Then added the
    mayo and sour cream. Mixed that and then the cheese.
