    Buffalo Sauce Burgers

    List of Ingredients




    1 1 /3 pounds ground chicken or turkey
    1 /4 to 1 /3 cup buffalo wing sauce
    1 small cooking or boiling onion, finely chopped
    A handful of parsley, finely chopped
    1 rib celery from the heart of the stalk, finely chopped
    Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick, or coarse salt and black pepper, to taste
    4 leaves bib or leaf lettuce
    1 vine ripe tomato, sliced
    1 /2 cup blue cheese dressing, for topping
    4 crusty rolls, split

    Recipe



    Combine chicken or turkey with wing sauce, onion, parsley, celery, Montreal Seasoning or salt and pepper. Form mixture into 4 large patties. Grill over medium high setting on gas grill or 6 inches from hot coals for 6 minutes on each side. Patties can be pan fried in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray or a drizzle of oil over medium high heat for 6 minutes on each side. Serve on toasted buns or rolls with blue cheese dressing, lettuce and tomato.
