French Burgers

List of Ingredients
Burgers:
1# leanest ground beef
1/4 c. dry red wine
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 t. Dijon mustard
1 t. prepared horseradish
1 t. dried thyme
1 t. dried basil
1 t. dried parsley *or* 1 T. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 t. onion powder *or* 2 T. minced fresh onion
2 t. crushed garlic *or* 1/2 t. garlic powder
Fixings:
1 yellow or red onion, coarse diced
Swiss or Muenster cheese
Creamy Caesar dressing
4 French rolls
Recipe
Mix all burger ingredients together. Let the flavors blend while you begin to caramelize the onions for the fixings. Shape the burgers to fit the rolls, but try to get them as thin as possible. You can use charcoal if you wish, but I find my trusty George Foreman grill works just fine, about a minute and a quarter each side. Don't overcook!
Serve on French rolls with cheese, caramelized onions and Caesar dressing.
