4 pound boneless pork loin roast, fat trimmed
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) beef broth
1/3 cup French's® Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Zesty BBQ Sauce (recipe follows)
Recipe
1. Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Combine beef broth, Worcestershire and Frank`s RedHot Sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on high-heat setting for 5 hours (or 10 hours on low setting) or until roast is tender.
2. Transfer meat to large cutting board. Discard liquid. Coarsely chop roast. Stir into Zesty BBQ Sauce. Cook until heated through. Spoon pork mixture on large rolls. Serve with deli potato salad, if desired.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
Zesty BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoons Frank`s® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup French`s® Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup French`s® Classic Yellow® Mustard
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Reserve.
