    List of Ingredients




    4 lb. pot roast
    1 can beer
    Sliced onion
    4 cloves crushed garlic
    garlic salt and pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 4oz. can green chilies, chopped
    4 mild pepperoncini

    Recipe



    Put half of garlic on the bottom of crockpot; add roast. With remaining ingredients on top of roast. Cook on high 4-5 hours until tender. Serve on french rolls with provolone cheese.
