    Salsa

    8 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 large onions, peeled and chopped
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Combine tomatoes, onions, peppers and garlic in 2 quart saucepan. Add tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix well. Simmer 30 minutes or to desired consistency. Spoon into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace; seal
    with two piece lids. Process in boiling water for 35 minutes. Makes 4 pints.
