5 Way Cincinnati Chili

List of Ingredients
2# lean ground beef
4 medium onions, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 t white vinegar
1/4 t. ground red pepper
4 small whole dried chili peppers
1 t. allspice
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 t. gound cumin
2 T. Chili powder (make sure it's fresh)
8 cups water
2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
5-6 whole bay leaves
2 t. salt (A MUST)
1 1/4 t. ground black pepper

DO NOT BROWN THE BEEF!!
Place ground beef and all other ingredients in a soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and continue to break up the beef. It should be crumbly and not chunky. Cook over low for serveral (4) hours to reduce teh liquid until the beef consistency is thickened. Serve over cooked (thick) spaghetti noodles.
1 Way- spaghetti noodles
2 Way- add chili
3 Way- add finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 Way- add diced onions
5 Way- add kidney beans
