    Individual Oreo Cheesecakes

    3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    24 Oreo cookies
    1/4 cup chocolate chips (melted)
    whipped cream (optional)

    Recipe



    1. Line 24 cupcake tins with cupcake wrappers.
    2. Place 1 Oreo Cookie at the bottom of each wrapper (can also chop oreos and place at bottom) Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
    3. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
    4. Spoon cream cheese mixture into cupcakes.
    5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
    6. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour to firm up.
    7. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
    8. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream (optional).
