9 oz-Boneless skinless salmon fillet
1-sliced roma tomato
1oz-shredded asiago cheese
1- Teaspoon Mayonaise
1/2-Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2-Teaspoon Horseradish
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil
Recipe
Heat oil in an oven safe saute pan
Salt and pepper fish, pan sear on both sides. Mix mayonaise, mustard and horseradish
Spread atop fish layer with sliced roma tomatoes and top with cheese.
Bake @ 350 til cheese is golden brown and salmon is cooked
