    BLACKENING SEASONING
    1 TBSP red pepper
    1 TBSP white pepper
    1 TBSP black pepper
    1 TBSP garlic
    1 TBSP paprika
    1 TSP basil
    1 TSP thyme

    Salmon Caesar Ingredients

    5 OZ blackened salmon
    4 OZ chopped romaine
    2 OZ Caesar dressing
    ½ OZ shaved parmesan
    ½ OZ grated parmesan
    1 OZ fried chili tortillas
    ½ OZ chili pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Coat salmon filet in blacken seasoning then sear in very hot skillet until it reaches 145 degrees.
    Toss chopped romaine and Caesar dressing in a bowl adding the grated parmesan.
    Place romaine mixture on plate.
    Lay salmon on bed of romaine and drizzle chili pepper sauce over top.
    Garnish with shaved parmesan, chili tortillas, and lemon.
