1 tsp. ground basil
1 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt (sea salt is better)
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 pound of butter
32 raw, peeled shrimp
Recipe
Mix all dry ingredients together. Dredge shrimp through the mixture. Place a large skillet over high heat. Melt the butter. Place the shrimp into the skillet. Turn heat down to medium temperature. Cook on both sides for approximately 7 minutes each. Pay attention to the shrimp as they cook quickly. When the shrimp curl, it's done
