    List of Ingredients




    8 oz Lump Crab Meat, cleaned
    8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
    1/4 C Red Bell Pepper, diced
    1/4 C Red Onions, diced
    1/4 C Celery, diced
    1/4 C Crystal Hot Sauce
    1 T + 1 t Creole Seasoning
    1/2 t Salt
    4 oz Bread Crumbs (for cakes)
    4 oz Bread Crumbs (for coating)

    Recipe



    · Slightly sauté veggies.
    · Cool to room temperature.
    · Combine with remaining ingredients.
    · Form into 3 ounce cakes and coat in breadcrumbs.
    · Fry in 360 degree peanut oil 2 1/2 minutes
