    List of Ingredients




    1 bunch celery
    1 bunch green onions
    1 bunch parsley
    1/2 large yellow onion
    1 c ketchup
    1 c tomato puree
    1 c Creole mustard
    2 Tbl horseradish
    1 c red wine vinegar
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c salad oil
    1 1/2 oz paprika

    32 jumbo boiled shrimp

    Recipe



    Mince celery, green onion, parsley and onions in a food processor. Add ketchup, tomato puree, mustard, vinegar, horseradish and oil. Mix in food processor, then add paprika.
    Allow sauce to stand in refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.
    Evenly coat shrimp with sauce in a mixing bowl.
