Halibut w/ SunDried Tomato & Cream Sauce

8 oz. halibut or 2, 4 oz pieces
1 oz. sun-dried tomatoes julian
1 oz. basil rough-cut
3 oz heavy whipping cream
1 pinch of salt & pepper
Recipe
In a well-oiled and hot saucepan add tomatoes, basil, cream, salt & Pepper Reduce heat and let simmer for three minutes put aside. In a separate well- oiled pan, cook fish 2 minutes on each side. Place fish on rice add tomato& basil cream sauce over the halibut then add grilled asparagus.
