Jerked Mahi Mahi

List of Ingredients
JERK SAUCE - yields 1/2 cup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced mint
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced Jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 crushed bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon Cholula Hot Sauce
4 pieces (8 oz. each) of Mahi MahiRecipe
1. Place the 12 JERK SAUCE ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Place the Mahi Mahi in a plastic container and cover with the sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
3. Place on the BBQ grill or under the broiler and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
