    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 clove garlic, halved
    1/2 tsp dried oragano
    1/2 tsp basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/3 cup olive oil

    Recipe



    Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender for a few seconds, and gradually add the olive oil.
    Pour marinade over fish, turning to coat, and cover and place in frig for 8 hours. Grill as normal. Baste with left over marinade.
