Pampy's BBQ Shrimp

List of Ingredients
9-10 large shrimp
1 teaspoon shallots, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2-3 ounces beer
1 pinch fresh rosemary
dash of lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of tabasco
1 pinch black pepper, course grind
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch Creole seasoning
1-2 ounces unsalted butter
1 pinch parsley
Recipe
Heat oil over medium heat in a medium-sized saut? pan. Add shrimp and saute until they appear to be half cooked. Add shallots and garlic and continue to saute for 30 seconds. Deglaze saute pan with 2 to 3 ounces of your favorite beer and reduce by half. Add rosemary, lemon juice, Worcestershire, tabasco, black pepper, salt, and Creole seasoning. Check flavor and finish with butter and parsley. Warm French bread is the perfect compliment for this dish.
