1) 6 Shrimp - medium size
2) 1 oz. or two of Olive Oil
3) ¼ cup of Sun Dried Tomatoes
4) 1 tsp. Garlic
5) pinch of Lemon Zest
6) 1 Spring Onion chopped
7) ½ cup of White Wine
8) ¼ cup of Shrimp Base
9) ½ cup of Lemon Juice
10) Couple of fresh Basil Leaves (garnish)
11) Fresh Oregano (garnish)
12) Linguini
Recipe
1) Cook the linguini and drain well.
2) Flour shrimp.
3) Put the shrimp in a saute pan with olive oil and saute for a few minutes until
done.
4) Add the rest of items except for the garnishes and the linguini.
5) Cook for several minutes until sauce is reduced.
6) Arrange over the cooked linguini and add garnish.
