Wasabi Glazed Grilled Shrimp
1 pound Large Raw Shrimp, shelled (leave tail on), cleaned, and deveined
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
2 Tsp. Dark Asian Sesame Oil
2 Tsp. Wasabi Powder
2 Tsp. Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Ground Red Pepper or to taste

Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium hot.
Combine the soy sauce through ground red pepper and set aside. Pat shrimp dry. Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers. (If you like you can alternate shrimp with one inch slices of green onion.) Brush wasabi glaze mixture on both sides of the shrimp. You can brush with mixture ahead of time and refrigerate, covered, until time to grill.
Grill shrimp on lightly oiled grates over medium hot heat for 2 minutes per side or until shrimp becomes opaque. (You can baste shrimp with the remaining glaze while grilling if you like) Shrimp cook quickly, so watch them closely to prevent overcooking
