    Asian-Spiced Grilled Pork Tenderloin

    Source of Recipe

    chitterlings

    List of Ingredients

2 whole pork tenderloins -- trimmed
    1/4 cup Lite Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 teaspoon garlic -- minced

    Recipe

Cut the pork tenderloins lengthwise, almost, but not quite in half. Open up and flatten the pork. Place in a large ziplock bag.

Stir together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, crushed red pepper flakes, and garlic. Pour into the ziplock bag, coating the pork well.
Refrigerate at least one hour, up to overnight.

Heat a grill to high heat. Pat excess marinade off the pork with paper towels.

Grill the pork approximately 8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 155 degrees. Slice and serve.

    Serves 4.
