    Caraway Pork and Sauerkraut

    1.25 lbs pork, cut into 3/4" cubes
    2 tbl oil
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 oz tomato sauce
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tbl. flour
    16 oz sauerkraut, drained
    1 tsp. caraway seeds

    Recipe



    Brown pork in oil. Pour off all but 1 tbl. drippings. Saute onion, garlic and pepper in drippings until golden. Return pork to pan. Stir in tomato sauce, chicken broth, paprika and pepper. Bring slowly to boiling. Lower heat and cover. Simmer 1 hour. Combine sour cream and flour in small bowl. Gradually stir into pork mixture. Add sauerkraut and caraway seeds. Heat until warm.
