    1 large onion, sliced
    1 extra lean beef brisket (5 lb, all visible fat removed
    1 c bloody mary mix
    1 c lemon lime soda
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 pkg (1.61 oz) brown gravy mix

    Recipe



    Layer onion and brisket in large roaster. Stir together liquids and mix in gravy mix. Pour over brisket; cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 for 3 hours or until beef is tender when pierced with a fork. Cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut across grain into thin slices.

    Serves 8-10
