Marinated Pork Roast

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 cloves minced fresh garlic
1 two pound boneless pork loin roast
Recipe
Combine first 7 ingredients and marinate pork loin roast in mixture for at least three hours. Remove pork loin roast from marinade.
Place roast in baking dish and sprinkle with marinade. Roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to rest in warm place for 20 minutes. Slice roast and serve immediately.
