    4 14-16oz. Strip Steaks

    Marinade

    1 3/4 cups Molasses
    1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
    1/4 cup Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
    2 Fresh Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
    2 Shallots Finely Chopped
    2 tsp. Ginger
    2 tsp. Fresh Thyme
    (Reserve: 1/2 for Marinade & 1/2 for Grill)

    Sauce

    3/4 cup Marinade
    1 cup BBQ Sauce
    1 cup Browned Diced Bacon
    2 cups Sautéed Shitake Mushrooms
    1/4 cup Red Wine
    1 Tb. Melted Butter


    Recipe



    STEP 1: Marinate steaks a minimum of 4 hours, or as long as over night.
    STEP 2: Wipe excess marinate off steak and pat dry.
    STEP 3: Pan fry or grill steaks to desired temperature.
    STEP 4: Top with steak sauce.
