    2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 pork tenderloin (14 oz)
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine
    2 onions, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    In shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add pork tenderloin and coat evenly with flour mixture.

    In soup pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the tenderloin and cook 8 minutes, turning to brown on all sides. Transfer to a platter and set aside.

    In same pot, saut� mushrooms and onions over medium high heat for 8 minutes. Stir in wine.

    Return the tenderloin to pot and cook 8 minutes.

    Serve the tenderloin sliced and topped with mushrooms and onions
