    Pork Tenderloin w/ Mustard Cream Sauce

    3 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup bourbon
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2/3 cup sour cream
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
    1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 to 2 tablespoons dry mustard
    Salt to taste

    Arrange tenderloins in baking dish.

    In bowl, combine soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar and mix well. Pour liquid over tenderloins, turning to coat. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 11/4 hours, basting occasionally, or grill over hot coals, until cooked through.

    For the sauce, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, vinegar, dry mustard and salt in bowl and mix well. To serve, carve tenderloins diagonally into thin slices. Spoon about 3 tablespoons sauce onto each dinner plate and top with sliced tenderloin. Makes 6 to 8 servings
