Pork Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Sauce

For the Pork --
1 plain pork tenderloin
Rosemary
Black pepper
Garlic salt
For the Sauce --
3 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable stock
Ground pepper
4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
Recipe
Rub pork with rosemary, black pepper and garlic salt; let sit for 6 hours.
Grill pork to desired temperature.
While the pork is grilling, combine all sauce ingredients except for cheese in a medium saucepan. Heat and stir until thick and bubbly. Gradually stir in cheese and stir constantly over low heat until melted.
Pour sauce over pork.
