Pork Tenderloin with Jezebel Sauce

1 1/2 c olive oil
3/4 c soy sauce
1/2 c red wine vinegar
1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
leaves of 6 sprigs parsley, chopped
2 tbl dry mustard
1 tbl cracked black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 1 lb pork tenderloins
For the sauce
3 tbl prepared horseradish, drained
3 tbl dry mustard
3/4 c pineapple preserves
3/4 c apple jelly
1 tbl coarse black pepperRecipe
Combine all ingredients for the pork marinade in a glass bowl. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 8- 10 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill. Drain pork and pat dry, discarding marinade. Put pork on grill and grill until cooked, turning occasionally, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside and let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
For sauce: Combine horseradish and mustard in a bowl. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Transfer to serving bowl.
Serve pork slices with Jezebel sauce.
