1 C LOVE OF GARLIC
3 TBLS OF OLIVE OIL
PINCH OF FRESH ITALIAN PARSLEY
PINCH OF FRESH BASIL
HANDFULL OF FRESH CHOPPED SPINACH
5 JUMBO SHRIMP( DEVEINED)
2 OUNCE OF BRANDY
1/2 CUP OF HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
1/2 CUP OF PARMIGIANO CHEESE
PINCH OF KOSHER SALT
Recipe
Put the olive oil in a hot skillet. Add garlic, parsley, basil, salt. Add shrimp. Add brandy. Careful. this will flame.
When alcohol is burned off, add the heavy cream. That should douse remaining flames. Then add spinach for color. Add pre-cooked fettucine. Add parmagiano cheese when serving.
