Three Cheese Pasta

1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup prosciutto, cut in pieces
1/3 cup white wine
2 cups cooked penne pasta
1 tablespoon butter
2-3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
Melt butter in skillet. Add green onions and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add prosciutto and wine. Bring wine to boil and simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
Add penne pasta, additional tablespoon of butter, and Parmesan cheese to skillet and mix well with onions and prosciutto. Cook on medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes. Add Gorgonzola, Mozzarella, and parsley. Cook for additional minute, stirring constantly, until Mozzarella begins to melt.
Makes 2 servings.
