    3 - 4 pound(s) Chicken tenders
    COATING
    1 tablespoon Chili powder
    1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon White pepper
    1 tablespoon Black pepper
    1 tablespoon Cumin
    1 tablespoon Salt
    1 tablespoon Garlic powder
    SAUCE
    1 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
    1 Stick Butter
    1/2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
    1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder

    Recipe



    Combine the ingredients for the coating.
    Sprinkle or roll the tenders in this seasoning until covered.
    You can pan fry or grill these or you can bake at 400º for about 20-25 minuntes.
    Heat the sauce ingredients to dissolve.
    Toss the finished tenders in this sauce to coat.
    Use a large heat-proof mixing bowl, NOT a Baggie or Ziploc, they will melt.
