    Calderone Club Chicken Marsala

    List of Ingredients




    --1 lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts
    --2 oz. Onions
    --1 teaspoon of fresh garlic
    --½ cup olive oil
    --Fresh basil and parsley(Pinch of each)
    --2 tablespoons of Marsala Wine
    --Salt and black pepper(Pinch of each)
    --Optional(Green pepper(1/2)

    Recipe



    Cooking Instructions:
    Sautee all ingredients from shopping list in olive oil in a covered pan. Add boneless chicken breast, then cover and let simmer over low flame for 15 minutes. Add ½ cup of water and still cover. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.

    Serving Suggestion:
    When served on a plate add two tablespoons of grated cheese over it. Can be served over any type of pasta. The Calderone Club prefers to serve over Mostaccioli but may be substituted with any other pasta upon request.
