    2 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
    FLOUR
    OIL
    1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
    1 CUP SLICED MUSHROOM
    1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
    CHOPPED CHIVES
    1 TSP FRESH CHOPPED GARLIC







    Recipe



    Dredge chicken in flour. Saute in hot oil until golen on both sides. Remove. Add onion, mushrooms and garlic. Saute 2 minutes. Add white wine. Add chicken stock and reduce by half. Pour sauce over chicken and top with chives.
